Job summary

Remote work may be considered, with core hours in Mountain Time and collaboration with the Advancement team on contributed revenue. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, familiarity with Sage Intacct, and strong Excel skills for accurate month-end close and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable process; invoices coded and paid timely.
• Oversee accounts receivable and donor/sponsorship invoicing and aging reports.
• Record cash receipts and reconcile with development records; ensure accurate contributed revenue.
• Support month-end close, audits, and regulatory filings as needed, with strong documentation.
