We are actively recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic and growing accounting team supporting a complex multi-entity organization. Primary Responsibilities

• Lead high-level financial coding and accrual entries for upper-tier entities.
• Review and correct lower-level coding performed by team members, offering guidance and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies related to allocations, categorization, and documentation.
• Manage complex accounting tasks such as accruals, fee calculations, and intercompany cash loan rebalancing.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany (Due To / Due From) balances monthly.
• Resolve intercompany discrepancies proactively before the month-end close.
• Review and validate payroll journal entries for accuracy and compliance with benefit/tax obligations.
• Partner with payroll and AP staff to ensure correct entity-level payroll allocations.
• Oversee AP processing, ensuring vendor invoices are accurately coded and compliant with policy.
• Supervise Staff Accountants to ensure timely reconciliations and clean, accurate bank registers.
• Serve as the internal expert for Gravity accounting software, driving automation and workflow improvements.
• Deliver ongoing training and updates to the team on the effective use of Gravity features.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Possess 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within multi-entity environments.
• Demonstrate strong technical accounting knowledge, especially with intercompany reconciliations.
• Display advanced proficiency in accounting systems; experience with Gravity is strongly preferred.
• Apply excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both finance and non-finance team members.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accountability.
• Exhibit leadership capabilities and interest in mentoring junior staff.
• Understand and enforce compliance with financial policies and procedures.
