Job summary

Aderant North America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to maintain financial procedures and ensure compliance through preparation of financial statements and reports at our Atlanta, GA headquarters.

The role oversees Accounts Payable and supports the Accounting Manager with day-to-day tasks. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 3+ years of related experience are required, with Intacct and MS Office proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required; advanced certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3+ years of related accounting experience.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures and schedules.
• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts across entities; prepare journal entries.
• Perform account analysis and monthly reconciliations on balance sheet and P&L for multiple subsidiaries.
• Review, reconcile and post payroll journal entries.
• Assist with cash management activities including wires, ACH, and checks.
