Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• 3–5 years progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Familiar with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and audits.
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations and records.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Track capital expenditures and CIP, fixed assets, and inventories.
• Support SOX documentation and control activities.
• Collaborate with A/R, A/P, and payroll teams.
• Maintain documentation and look for process improvements.
