Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support monthly closings, journal entries, budgeting, cost accounting, forecasting, and reporting. You will conduct intercompany reconciliation, fix discrepancies, and ensure accuracy across general ledger accounts.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision while collaborating with teams. Travel within the US may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field required.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing including journal entries and intercompany reconciliation and tie-out.
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts and research discrepancies.
• Adhere to SOX requirements across processes.
• Track, analyze, budget, and report capital investment projects.
