Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate accounting for all transactions and reporting.
• Maintain recurring accounting schedules and processes (daily to annual).
• Produce monthly financial statements and supplemental reports.
• Support year-end audit and tax return preparation.
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile all accounts.
• Assist with payroll, accounts payable, and cash disbursements.
• Update and track fixed assets and depreciation.
• Prepare special financial reports and collaborate on annual budgeting.
