Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 4+ years of accounting experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English clearly.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Staff Accountants and Assistants, escalate questions, and coordinate training.
• Lead components of the monthly close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare reconciliations for assets and liabilities to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare general ledger entries, accruals, and closing entries.
