Job summary

BRAVAS, the nation’s leading luxury technology integrator, seeks a Senior Staff Accountant overseeing general ledger across multiple locations. You will manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting while mentoring staff accountants and partnering with the Controller on process improvements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive accounting leadership within a growing branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; CPA or CPA progress is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite required; QuickBooks familiarity).
• Advanced Excel skills; ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience in multi-location or multi-entity business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and posts journal entries for month-end and year-end close, ensuring GAAP compliance.
• Performs monthly reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, inventory, intercompany) and resolves discrepancies.
• Maintains general ledger and chart of accounts across branches.
• Prepares schedules and documentation for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and P&L reporting.
• Analyzes financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Supports annual audit with schedules and reconciliations.
