Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant IV to perform advanced accounting functions, including preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and complex financial reporting.

The role involves analyzing trends, managing close processes, and guiding junior staff. The position requires BS/BA in accounting with 7+ years of experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Acumatica or equivalent software plus MS Office.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in accounting or finance and 7+ years of experience in accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of Acumatica or similar accounting software.
• Excellent command of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial reports.
• Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to forecast results.
• Assist in month-end and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Mentor junior accountants and lead assigned projects.
