Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
• 3–5 years’ experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting at Staff to Senior Accountant level.
• Experience with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of facility goals relating to financial management, budget, accounting, purchasing, and compliance.
• Supervise payroll, A/P, A/R, and other accounting functions and personnel.
• Prepare and perform event settlements.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements, reports, and annual budget.
• Coordinate preparation of external audit materials and work with auditors.
• Establish controls and procedures for new financial systems and improve existing ones.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of related procedures and controls.
