Unity Bank is seeking a finance professional responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, regulatory filings, and management reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the banking industry. Candidates with a CPA certification will be preferred, and strong knowledge of GAAP and financial systems is essential.
Position Summary
Responsible for the preparation of internal management and board reports external regulatory and SEC filings, internal control monitoring in addition to assisting with department oversight and projects.
