Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in performing in depth financial modeling and able to articulate the results.
• Assist project teams with financial guidance in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Mentor and train other staff members as needed.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ previous experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to execute and follow-through on assigned responsibilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills.
