A leading cruise line is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant for its Miami office. This role focuses on overseeing compensation and benefits accounting for both shipboard and shoreside personnel, ensuring financial integrity and compliance, while also recommending process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

We are looking for an amazing Senior Staff Accountant to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. This position is responsible for overseeing the recording, analyzing, and reporting of Princess Cruise Line Compensation and Benefits for both Shipboard and Shoreside personnel. Position to be filled by highly motivated individual who is devoted to accuracy, completeness, and compliance. This incumbent will need to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the company. Work will require persistent and effective follow-up. Individual will need to be detail oriented to always ensure accuracy of work.
