Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant with QuickBooks Online (Minimum 2 Years) + Excel

Location: Lewisville, TX (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Compensation: Up to $80,000 (Depending on Experience) + Full Benefits

Client: Confidential Privately Held Company

A well-established, privately held company in Lewisville, TX is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Staff Accountant with strong experience in QuickBooks Online. This position reports directly to the Controller and plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and supporting daily financial operations. The role also includes front office responsibilities, requiring a professional appearance and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger using QuickBooks Online
• Apply customer cash receipts and process vendor invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and employee expense reports
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial reports
• Collect and manage W9 forms and customer tax exemption certificates
• Order business supplies and coordinate meeting room scheduling
• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 2 years in QuickBooks Online (Required)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP and full-cycle accounting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and dependable daily attendance
• Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (On-Site)
