Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR processing, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and supporting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA preferred, but not required.
• 1-4 years of accounting experience preferred (internships or relevant coursework considered).
• Working knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with accounting systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across departments.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and audit documentation.
• Maintain organized financial records and assist with special accounting projects as assigned.
