Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant for our West Loop Office in Chicago, IL. This hands-on role owns core general ledger and close processes across multiple entities, reporting to the Corporate Controller.

You will prepare journal entries and reconciliations, drive multi-state sales and use tax compliance, support lease and acquisition accounting, and assist with external audits and lender reporting.

Senior Staff Accountant

Location: West Loop Office - Chicago, IL (on-site)
Department: Finance & Accounting
Reports To: Corporate Controller

Position Summary

The Senior Staff Accountant owns core general ledger and close responsibilities across multiple operating entities. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this role prepares journal entries and reconciliations, drives monthly multi-state sales and use tax compliance, supports lease and acquisition accounting, and prepares the schedules behind our external audit and lender reporting. It is a hands-on role with real ownership and broad exposure in a growing, labor-intensive business.

The ideal candidate takes ownership of their accounts end to end, is comfortable working with large GL, payroll, and billing datasets, and communicates clearly with payroll, HR, billing, operations, and outside advisors.
