Job summary

Team Quality Services in Auburn, Indiana is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This full-time role offers the chance to work across multiple entities and international operations with emphasis on financial consolidation and reporting.

Youll contribute to month-end close, journal entries, intercompany work, and audits while driving improvements in processes and controls. CPA or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience managing reconciliations, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
• CPA or equivalent certification is also preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with consolidated financial statements, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Support foreign currency transactions and international accounting activities.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, controls, and workflows.
• Contribute to projects improving finance operations as the company grows.

Team Quality Services (TQS) is looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to join our team and support the financial operations of our growing, multi-entity organization.

This isn't just a traditional staff accounting role. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple entities and international operations while gaining experience in areas like financial consolidation, foreign currency accounting, reporting, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work closely with our finance team to keep our financial reporting accurate, timely, and reliable. Your work will include:

• Supporting monthly and annual close activities across multiple entities.

What You Can Expect

Location: Auburn, Indiana

Work Arrangement: On-Site

Schedule: Full-time, primarily during regular business hours

Travel: Limited travel in this role, travel primarily limited to professional development events.

Like many accounting roles, there may be times when additional hours are needed to support month-end or year-end close, audits, projects, or other key deadlines. Any travel or after-hours expectations will be communicated as clearly and proactively as possible.
