Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) is seeking a Project Director to lead senior teams on stadium and municipal capital programs from concept through closeout, based in our Tampa, FL office. You will serve as the primary client executive and coordinate cross-functional groups to ensure successful delivery for public and private stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, or construction leadership.
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale stadiums, sports facilities, hospitality, or complex municipal projects.
• Experience serving as an Owner’s Representative representing public or private capital project stakeholders.
• Proven success leading multi-stakeholder capital programs from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior client executive and lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Direct end-to-end delivery of large-scale stadiums, arenas, and civic infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies across design and construction.
