Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Orlando, FL to lead healthcare facilities design and construction programs. The role blends strategic advisory with hands-on management of architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams through all project phases.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage budgets, schedules, and procurement, ensuring alignment with client goals and operational needs while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in real estate design, development, or construction.
• Experience supporting healthcare projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience serving as an Owner's Representative or Project Manager for developers, owners, investors, or institutional clients.
• Strong leadership through master planning, budgeting, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and project activation phases.
• Knowledge of project controls, construction documentation, and lease considerations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects meeting client schedules and budgets.
• Strong relationship management with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead planning, design, construction, and activation activities for healthcare projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate procurement of design, construction, and consultant services.
• Support contract development, negotiation, review, and administration for design and construction agreements.
• Oversee construction documentation and review for adherence to design intent and quality standards.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and other project team members; drive accountability.
