Job summary

Grifols seeks a Senior Stability Research Scientist II to lead stability programs for plasma-derived proteins, overseeing investigations, storage, and documentation to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance. You will mentor staff and direct cross-functional teams in complex study designs and data interpretation.

The role requires advanced degree with extensive stability experience, expert knowledge of cGMP, SAP/DCM systems, and strong communication for audits and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with relevant experience in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or toxicology.
• Experience in stability studies and regulatory guidelines (FDA/ICH).
• Ability to supervise up to eight personnel and mentor junior staff.
• Strong aptitude for technical report writing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Independently edits procedures or reports for IND/BLA submissions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve stability program objectives.
• Develop and implement stability study plans and SOPs.
• Mentor staff and provide training on stability principles.
