Job summary

Grifols, S.A. seeks an experienced Stability Scientist II in California to lead stability investigations, oversee stability chambers, and manage documentation for licensed products and development projects.

This role requires strong scientific leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in stability data analysis. The incumbent will design and execute complex stability studies, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory readiness across IND/BLA submissions while applying cGMP practices

Qualifications

• Education relevant to stability studies and regulatory expectations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills under cgmp.
• Experience in documentation and stability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify actions to support departmental objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams or represent functional area on teams.
• Prepare and edit procedures or technical reports for IND or BLA.
• Mentor staff and supervise up to eight personnel.
• Analyze stability data and generate reports for regulatory submissions.
