Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead a large-scale SSO migration initiative, guiding the transition of 200+ integrations from SiteMinder to PingFederate. You will serve as the primary contact across internal tech teams and external partners, driving coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in implementation/program/project management or related field.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Ping Federate and Single Sign-On.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation activities supporting the migration of 200+ SSO integrations from SiteMinder to PingFederate.
• Drive communication and coordination between internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Manage partner outreach and track implementation and migration progress.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions necessary to move integrations through the migration lifecycle.
• Identify, document, and elevate project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Coordinate closely with junior implementation and testing resources.
• Maintain visibility into migration status, outstanding actions, and upcoming milestones.
