Job summary

iSpace, Inc. is seeking a senior IAM/SSO engineer to lead and mentor the SSO squad within an Agile framework. The role focuses on aligning SSO roadmaps with enterprise architecture and security standards, and to drive modernization of authorization services.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IAM/SSO, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingOne DaVinci, and modern OAuth/OIDC protocols. Healthcare/HIPAA familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

8+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and enterprise SSO engineering.
2+ years of technical leadership directing engineering squads.
Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical environments (healthcare/ HIPAA preferred).
Deep expertise in Ping Identity suite and DaVinci orchestration.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the SSO engineering squad in an Agile/Scrum framework.
Align SSO roadmaps with enterprise blueprints; represent SSO on Architecture Review Boards.
Collaborate on modernizing authorization with PingAuthorize and externalized policy engines.
Coordinate with Microsoft federation teams for seamless integration and user experiences.
Maintain 24x7 operational reliability for federation infrastructure (PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingID).
Drive cloud-native identity modernization and CIAM integrations.
Enforce standards for onboarding and governance of applications.
