Job summary

The GARRETT GROUP is seeking a Ballistic Missile Submarine (SSBN) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support USSTRATCOM JETARS under the J7 contract. The role focuses on sea-based strategic deterrence analyses, force posture, and employment concepts, delivering assessments for senior leaders.

Ideal candidates will bring 15+ years of nuclear submarine experience, JPME, and a TS/SCI clearance. Responsibilities include campaign planning, risk evaluations, and executive briefings within a multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Completion of JPME Phase I and/or II preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of nuclear submarine experience as an officer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of USSTRATCOM core mission areas with emphasis on the sea-based nuclear triad.
• Develop and refine MOEs and MOPs supporting campaign assessments.
• Support senior-level operations assessment activities and planning across Joint Staff and CCMDs.
