Job summary

X-Bow Launch Systems, Inc. seeks a Production Specialist (SME) to act as a hands-on expert in Solid Rocket Motor manufacturing, supporting development, readiness, ramp, and sustainment of production systems.

You will partner with Program Management, Operations, Quality, Safety, and Supply Chain to ensure safe, repeatable production on the shop floor. The ideal candidate has extensive aerospace or propulsion experience and a proven ability to transition products from development into

Qualifications

• 10+ years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Strong shop-floor execution, tooling, and process knowledge.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve production constraints.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Willingness to maintain a strong presence on the production floor.
