Fountain is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of our platform. You will collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Product to build resilient infrastructure, raise observability, and improve incident response.

Bring 5+ years of SRE experience, strong Kubernetes/AKS on EKS skills, and a security-first mindset. The role emphasizes CD/GitOps, AWS, and Terraform in a globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site reliability engineering experience.
• Own reliability for production systems — defining SLOs or running error budgets.
• Kubernetes/Helm on EKS in production.
• Experience with Cloudflare (CDN, WAF, etc).
• CI/CD or GitOps deployment patterns and tooling.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve platform reliability (SLOs/SLIs) and production readiness.
• Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and deployment workflows.
• Operate and evolve our AWS footprint with a security-first mindset.
• Improve CD/GitOps practices and deployment safety (progressive delivery, rollbacks).
• Build autoscaling strategies for services and workloads.
• Lead incident response: on-call, triage, postmortems, and follow-through.
• Strengthen observability across services: metrics, logs, traces, alerting.
• Collaborate with application teams to tune performance and reduce toil.
• Maintain Terraform modules and IaC environments.
• Evaluate AI tooling to accelerate operational workflows.
