Job summary

AuthZed is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure solutions for our growing customer base, contributing to a Google-inspired authorization system.

The ideal candidate will possess proven SRE experience, strong networking knowledge, and expertise with cloud infrastructure and programming languages. This role is fully remote, offering a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in various programming languages like NodeJS, Java, Python, Ruby, Go.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Pulumi.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure solutions.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to ensure optimal reliability.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to design resilient systems.
