Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud roles.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven experience operating payment or highly regulated systems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an on-call rotation as a primary incident responder.
• Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and operational readiness processes.
• Drive reliability improvements through automation and observability.
