Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer – Observability & Performance Engineering to enhance critical application performance and system reliability. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in IT and DevOps, demonstrating strong analytical skills and proficiency in various performance engineering tools.

This role allows for hybrid work with onsite presence required at least 3 days per week. In addition to competitive pay, you will have the opportunity to engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 6 years in DevOps, SRE, or performance engineering roles.
• Proficiency in triaging production issues using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Grafana.
• Strong background in Java, front-end development, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance monitoring systems to measure performance and user availability.
• Collaborate with partners to develop monitoring requirements.
• Support operational environments by evaluating system performance and reliability.
