Apple Inc. is seeking a Sr Site Reliability Engineer for their Customer Systems Team in Austin, Texas. This role involves innovating and architecting secure cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines alongside cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in resilient, large-scale, low latency cloud infrastructure design.
• 3+ years of experience deploying/managing Kubernetes using Helm.
• Experience with Shell Scripting, Python, or Ansible.
• Experience in monitoring with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus.
• Deep understanding of networking protocols like DNS, TCP, HTTP/HTTPS.

Responsabilidades

• Innovate and architect highly available, scalable, secure infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot application specific, network, system, and performance issues.
• Build and maintain CI/CD infrastructure for software engineering teams.
