Archer seeks a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of core systems. The role focuses on building cloud-native infra on AWS EKS, implementing observability, data pipelines, and robust CI/CD processes.

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a similar role with a strong focus on operational excellence.
• Deep expertise in Amazon EKS, cluster provisioning, management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack or similar.
• Proven track record designing robust data pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Airflow, Spark).
• CI/CD methodologies and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Cloud platforms (AWS preferred) including infrastructure-as-code.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain infrastructure and pipeline for an internal LLM-powered chat service (OpenRouter or similar).
• Maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud-native infrastructure on AWS EKS.
• Develop observability strategies: monitoring, logging, alerting for health and performance.
• Architect and optimize data pipelines for reliable data flow across platforms.
• Advance CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, deployment, and release management.
• Champion cloud-first strategies across infrastructure, services, and operations.
• Enforce security best practices across infrastructure, apps, and data.
• Design and maintain Docker-based containerization solutions.
• Develop automation scripts with Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Collaborate with development to bake reliability into SDLC.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement preventative measures.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
