Job summary

Comcast Corporation, via its FreeWheel organization, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, reliability, and observability for the FreeWheel BuyerCloud and Revenue Science teams. The role spans AWS, Kubernetes, and IaC, supporting thousands of services worldwide.

You will design scalable infrastructure, write automation scripts, extend the observability stack, participate in on-call rotations, and document procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• Professional experience administering Linux, cloud, and containers.
• Professional experience coding in Python, Java, or C++.

Responsibilities

• Design and build infrastructure and tooling for high scalability and sub-second performance.
• Write scripts and code to support Infrastructure as Code and automated incident resolution.
• Support and extend the observability stack and participate in on-call rotations.
