Qualifications

- Enhance system reliability, resiliency, and performance.
- Lead reliability and performance improvements.
- Develop technical solutions for complex system issues.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability.
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze complex technical problems
Solid understanding of distributed systems
Hands-on experience with observability platforms
Experience with monitoring, incident management, and RCA practices
Ability to lead initiatives independently
Demonstrated focus on reliability and automation
Development experience (e.g., Python, Java)
Cloud expertise (e.g., Azure, GCP)
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
