Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to maintain service reliability for a complex SaaS platform. You will bridge customers and engineering, using AI/ML-driven observability to deliver proactive improvements and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting complex Linux systems.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (VMware, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with AI/ML-based observability and SRE tooling.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for customer-facing technical issues related to our SaaS platform.
• Monitor system health and performance using dashboards and logs.
• Lead incident reviews and root cause analyses.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve debuggability, availability, and performance.
• Create knowledge-base articles to empower customer self-service.
