Job summary

Mphasis is seeking a Software Development Lead focused on Agentic AI and SRE to support production-scale distributed applications. The role emphasizes infrastructure as code using AWS, observability, and delivering high-quality software in a dynamic environment.

You will oversee design and development of Agentic AI apps, implement SRE practices, use CloudFormation or AWS SDK for IaC, monitor with Dynatrace, CloudWatch and Prometheus, and mentor the team to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of Agentic AI applications aligned with business and technical goals.
