Gregory Poole Equipment Company is seeking a Squad Leader/Master Technician (Finance) to troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, rebuild and test components on construction equipment while mentoring other technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Eight years of Cat equipment experience with broad knowledge of systems.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform diagnosis/repairs on equipment.
• Strong written repair work orders and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair and test parts/equipment on construction equipment.
• Lead and coach technicians; assign daily tasks.
• Inspect, perform preventative maintenance, and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical components.
• Work with manuals and parts diagrams to diagnose issues; use hoists and cranes to move parts.
