Qualifications

• 5+ years designing Windows/Web SQL applications.
• Advanced MS SQL Server development and multi-database management.
• Strong SQL query writing and performance tuning.
• Experience with security measures: access control, encryption, auditing.
• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable, secure, and efficient database solutions.
• Create and optimize data models, schemas, and relationships to ensure data integrity.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions to support reporting and processing.
• Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize queries and configurations.
• Implement and maintain security controls, encryption, and auditing to protect data.
• Partner with application developers to design and support data integration and ETL pipelines.
• Document database structures, processes, and performance tuning activities.
• Provide training and mentorship to less experienced team members.
