Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience directly related to SQL Server Database Administration.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
• Experience with visualization technologies such as VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential/sensitive materials.
• Ability to document, explain, and present tasks and processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft SQL Server including Replication and Backup/Restore procedures.
• Migrate databases from SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2016.
• Plan and execute installations and configurations of new hardware/software.
• Monitor and manage SQL performance and tuning.
• Perform database activities including backups and support.
