Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to manage all aspects of Microsoft SQL Server. You will be responsible for database administration, performance monitoring, and data migration.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a background in virtualization technologies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience related directly to SQL Server Database Administration.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
• Experience with source/change control, bug tracking, SDLC, and integration of Relational Databases.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft SQL Server including Replication and Backup/Restore procedures.
• Provide systems administration support for hardware and software installations.
• Perform backups of web, application, and database servers.
