3Squared Technology Group is seeking a senior SQL/ETL developer for on-site work in Montgomery, AL. The role emphasizes strong SQL Server development, data migration, and ETL tooling with extensive hands-on experience.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in .NET/SQL development, proficiency in T-SQL, and experience with DTS/SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and related tools. Onsite work at the DHR facility is required in Montgomery, Alabama.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of SQL developer experience or similar role
• Proficient with SQL server development (T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, Export/Import, SQL Loader, etc.)
• 4+ years of hands-on experience performing data migration of relational data
• Identifying and analyzing source data
• Transforming data into required format
• DTS packages/SSIS packages ETL tools
• Strong knowledge of logical and physical data modeling using normalization techniques.
