Turn5, Inc. is seeking a Manager of SQL Development to lead a small team in a hybrid Paoli, PA setting. You will design and optimize SQL procedures for a high-transaction e-commerce stack, while coaching two developers and partnering with product and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes data modeling, performance tuning, and scalable database design, with a focus on delivering robust data solutions and lifecycle governance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of MS SQL Server 2016+ experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Designing SQL structures and procedures to support highly transactional applications.
• Fine-tuning SQL functions and stored procedures called frequently.
• Deep understanding of database design principles.
• Experience with data modeling.
• 3+ years leading a team of SQL Developers.

Aufgaben

• Build new and support existing SQL code, structures, and data in a highly transactional OLTP environment.
• Coach, train and lead a team of 2 SQL Application Developers.
• Evaluate and performance tune existing procedures and data.
• Analyze business needs and software requirements to determine feasibility within time/resource constraints.
• Participate in project life cycle: planning, estimates, documentation, development, testing and deployment.
