Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks a SQL DBA / Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency through a broad eDiscovery and data-management initiative. The role emphasizes ESI processing, database standards, and tool integrations across multiple systems.

The successful candidate will lead UAT efforts, implement changes, and create automated workflows while maintaining thorough documentation and database dictionaries. A strong eDiscovery background and certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree with five years of professional experience including ESI processing or system integration
Certification in an eDiscovery program or related software package (Concordance, Relativity, Clearwell)
Willing to achieve Relativity Certified Administrator credential within 6 months of hire
Experience in performing eDiscovery application system maintenance, upgrades and day-to-day administration

Responsibilities

Lead user acceptance testing efforts and validate rollout of software upgrades
Design and implement action plans to upgrade litigation support tools
Integrate legal systems to improve efficiencies via scripts and automated workflows
Assist in administering database environments, standards, controls and procedures
Provide technical consulting in definition, design and creation of a database environment
Maintain documentation and develop database dictionaries
