Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience including ESI processing or system upgrades
• Knowledge of file manipulation apps, scripting, and the eDiscovery industry
• Certification in an eDiscovery program (Relativity, Concordance or Clearwell)
• Willing to achieve Relativity Certified Administrator within 6 months of hire
• Experience in a network environment supporting an eDiscovery platform
• Experience in performing eDiscovery application maintenance, upgrades and day-to-day administration
• Three years of experience designing, administering, maintaining, and updating databases
• Familiar with government network operating environment standards and security requirements
• 10+ years supporting eDiscovery teams with SQL DBA requirements
• Technical certifications or related graduate degrees preferred

Responsibilities

• Advanced processing of ESI into multiple systems with hands-on file manipulations
• Design and implement action plans to upgrade litigation support tools within controlled environments
• Lead user acceptance testing and validate rollout of software upgrades; integrate legal systems with automated workflows
• Assist in administering database organizations, standards, controls, and procedures
• Provide technical consulting in the definition, design, and creation of a database environment
• Maintain documentation and develop database dictionaries
