Qualifications

• 15+ years as SQL Server DBA in DoD/DoW environments.
• MSFT SQL Server in Enterprise Azure environment.
• Designing, implementing, maintaining complex data architectures.
• Secure data access controls and compliance.
• Power BI or SQL Reporting for dashboards.
• Agile delivery: sprint releases, backlog refinement, cross-functional teams.
• Data governance, backup/restore, disaster recovery, auditing.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and modernize enterprise data environments.
• Work within Agile project structures with Navy stakeholders.
• Support database projects, manage performance baselines, ensure data accuracy and secure access across datasets.
• Analyze requirements, architect solutions, coordinate migrations, ensure durable, compliant data management.
