Chameleon Integrated Services is seeking a Senior SQL DBA for an onsite role in Washington, DC supporting a federal law enforcement agency. You will manage SQL Server databases for reliability, performance and security, handle installation, configuration, backup and recovery, and tune performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of database administration with 5+ years on SQL Server in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of database administration, including 5+ years with SQL Server in enterprise production environments.
• Hands-on ownership of backup and restore, not only monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports SQL Server databases for reliability, performance, and security.
• Performs installation, configuration, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
• Works with project teams to meet database requirements.
