Qualifications

• Active and current TS.SCI with FSP through MD.
• Ten years of experience as a DBA.
• Demonstrable experience supporting MS SQL.
• DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level II.
• Experience with index and performance management.
• Experience troubleshooting issues with instances and applications.
• Experience with backup and recovery processes.

Responsibilities

• Help grow and mature database processes for SQL Server and MariaDB across on-premise and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot, patch, and maintain MS SQL Server and related databases on multiple networks.
• Participate in automation efforts to streamline database administration tasks.
• Collaborate with a small team to support mission-critical systems.
