Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer for a 12-month contract in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on ensuring supplier quality, PPAP deliverables, and collaboration with NPI teams.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 2+ years) and experience with medical device quality systems is preferred. W2 contract with no PTO; ACA-compliant supplemental package available; must be authorized to work in

Qualifications

Requires university degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Advanced degree acceptable with minimum 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on NPI projects and parts.
Maintain supplier information on the ASL including supplier type, segmentation, and audit records.
Qualify suppliers according to PPAP requirements.
Work with suppliers on qualification deliverables (control plans, PFMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ, process capability studies, first article inspections).
Develop inspection methods with supplier and metrology teams and establish sampling plans.
Prepare, review, and approve change orders.
Investigate and disposition non-conforming material.
Resolve supplier-related problems as they occur.
Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback on operations.
