Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a senior lead SQA engineer to drive validation across Data & Compute platform capabilities, including Data Pipelines, Compute, MLOps, UI Frameworks, Recipe Management and related components.

The role owns progression testing strategy, execution and quality assessment for new developments, ensuring functionality, performance and reliability before handoff to regression validation teams. Hybrid work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in a technical field as listed.
• At least 8 years of experience in software quality engineering or validation.
• Experience leading complex technical activities and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead progression validation for common platform capabilities across products.
• Define and execute progression testing strategies and plans.
• Identify risks, drive resolution, and ensure readiness for handoff to regression teams.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to influence design and validation decisions.
