Job summary

CSI SPORTS is seeking a Producer/Video Editor to join our Jersey City team. You will develop and edit content for broadcast and digital platforms, delivering high-end sports storytelling with strong graphics and effects.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with a tight-knit crew, and ensure timely delivery of assets for live events and series. A robust reel and proficiency in Adobe tools are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience producing, editing & creating graphics/animations for a post-production house or network.
• Portfolio of high-end work including promos, features, documentary segments and sizzle reels.
• Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Expertise in delivering assets in the proper video & audio specs for broadcast and digital platforms.
• Experience editing boxing and/or MMA content for broadcast and digital is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Work well in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Highly organized (especially within Adobe) and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of handling various responsibilities and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in our Jersey office 5 days a week and after normal business hours as needed to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create, prep & edit content for original series and live events for broadcast & digital using Adobe (Premiere, After Effects & Photoshop)
• Edit footage according to scripts, formats & production guidelines
• Write show scripts & voice over notes
• Create (write and edit) promo spots, documentary segments and sizzle reels utilizing appropriate music libraries and our SAN
• Edit features for live events as well as cutdowns and highlights from Live Events
• Deliver final productions with the required broadcast and digital specifications
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver a shared vision
• Ensure assets are delivered without any issues and on time
• Stay current with the latest software and AI to recommend improvements to the editing workflow
