Job summary

Urū Partners is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build scalable, data-driven software powering the next growth phase. You'll design data models, write APIs, and ship end-to-end features, collaborating with the CEO, Principal Engineer, and Lead Data Scientist.

This fully remote role requires strong React and TypeScript frontend skills, experience with AWS, and a track record of owning features from spec to production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production full-stack applications, with at least 3 years in data-intensive products.
• Strong React and TypeScript frontend craft, including data visualization work (D3, Recharts, or equivalent).
• Relational data modeling expertise and large-table query performance.
• Experience shipping on AWS in a production environment.
• Ownership of features from spec to production without a dedicated QA/support team.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from data model through API to production interface, on a weekly release cadence.
• Build interfaces that render dense sensor and performance data clearly on dashboards and athlete views.
• Design and evolve the data model behind core metrics, including time-series data.
• Scale the data pipeline and AWS infrastructure as the company expands to new markets and languages.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Principal Engineer, and Lead Data Scientist on what ships and why.
